Order Cut Off

Orders placed before 12pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day subject to stock.

Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Any orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

We endeavour to keep all items offered on this web site permanently in stock, and usually goods are dispatched within 1 working day of receipt of order.

If an item is out of stock we will contact you to let you know when the item will be available. We make most of the items on site so it should be no more than a couple of weeks.

In extreme cases where stocks are running later than planned, we will offer you a choice of alternate colour within the same range or an alternate item.

In any out of stock instances you have total flexibility to wait for your original item, select an alternate, or cancel the order for a full refund.

Returns

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a 14 day return or exchange policy (30 Days Faulty Items), this period begins the day after you receive your order. We will exchange or give you a full refund including postage paid provided that you return them to us unopened, unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging.

For reasons of health & hygiene washed or worn garments can not be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.

You are responsible for returning the item to us. We recommend any items be sent via a tracked method of delivery.

If the item is faulty we will send you a Pre Paid returns label and packaging to return the items to us at no cost to you. You will however need to drop the package off at your local Royal Mail Centre or Post office and obtain a certificate of posting. (UK ONLY)

To arrange for a return or exchange, please contact our customer services team either by email or telephone. Please have your order number ready, and our customer service team will assist you through the process.

International returns

Cancelling your order

Under the United Kingdom Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until 14 days after delivery.

To cancel this contract, either telephone our Customer Services team by telephone on 0800 917 9584 or e-mail us at enquiries@amimedical.co.uk with the order number and your instruction.

If we have already shipped the order our customer services team will give you instructions on how to return the goods.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have proof of return posting.

If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from you at your cost.

We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days after we receive your notification.
