Available on NHS prescription
Many of our Suportx products are available on NHS prescription in the UK. You will find these clearly presented below for your convenience, as well as listed within our detailed online shop pages where you can check details and product features.
Simply click on the ‘Request a prescription’ button for the garment you are interested in. You will be prompted to fill in a simple form which will be received by our care team and actioned with the cooperation of your GP or Stoma Nurse.
Requesting NHS support
In England you can request new garments when you feel the need, but please note this does not guarantee your order. Your GP or Stoma Care Nurse will ultimately decide how they prescribe hernia support garments to their patients.
Typically, firm supports (often referred to as Level 3 Support) are available via prescription. While Level 1 and 2 supports are normally purchased direct from specialist manufactures such as us here at Suportx
Which garment is right for you?
At Suportx we recommend new customers take advantage of our free fitting service. Our trained specialists will help you check the fit, comfort and suitability before requesting supplies on prescription.
Existing customers who wear Suportx will know their favourite garment, however as we continually develop our range, and add improvements to garments we recommend checking our range in the online shop or booking a new fitting appointment with one of our trained specialists.
